Clinical Massage combines several massage techniques together into a unique treatment specific to the individual client needs.  Clinical massage is distinctly different from relaxation massage and sessions are designed to assist primarily with pain relief. Descriptions of several techniques and rates are listed below.

*Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy address pain related to a malfunction in the musculoskeletal and nervous systems.  This type of massage focuses on specific points of discomfort.

*Sports Massage helps prevent injury and improves performance and flexibility.  It is used during the training process and after the sporting event.

*Deep Tissue Massage works with muscle and connective tissue below the superficial layers and is beneficial for chronic pain and acute muscle spasms.

*Myofascial Release, integrated as needed into each massage, uses long stretching strokes to address the connective tissue, called fascia, which provides support and protection for most body structures.
